At OVOPRIME, we’re committed to getting your motivational streetwear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled on-demand via print-on-demand partners, with pre-order items produced only after demand thresholds are met.
Order Processing Time
- Pre-order / on-demand items: Orders are processed and production begins within 3–14 business days after placement (or after pre-order window closes).
- Standard items (if restocked): Processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays in South Africa.
Shipping Times & Carriers
- Domestic (South Africa): 5–10 business days via trusted couriers like The Courier Guy, Aramex, or PostNet. Johannesburg metro areas often arrive faster (3–7 days) depending on your delivery address.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier.
- Free shipping on orders over R700 within South Africa.
- Flat rates or real-time carrier quotes apply.
Pre-Order Specifics Pre-order items have an estimated ship date displayed on the product page. Delays may occur due to high demand or production, we'll email updates. Pre-orders are non-refundable except in cases of extreme delays (>30 days beyond estimate) or store error.
Order Changes & Cancellations Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with our carriers to resolve (replacement or refund where applicable).
